Returns and Cancellations
Returns on accessories can be made within 30 days of your item being delivered for a 100% full refund of the purchase price. To be eligible for return, the item must be in new, unused condition and have the original packaging.
Optics can be returned within 30 days of your item being delivered however all optics are subject to a restocking fee of 25%. To be eligible for return, the item must be in new, unused condition and have the original packaging.
Unless there was a mistake and you were shipped the wrong item from what was ordered, ammunition is not eligible for return.
Unless there was a mistake and you were shipped the wrong item from what was ordered, firearms and class 3 NFA items are not eligible for returns once they are transferred into your possession by your receiving dealer. These items are heavily regulated and the chain of custody of these items is of utmost importance to everyone. Once a firearm or NFA item is transferred into the possession of a non licensed FFL dealer the item is considered used, even if the item is unfired. Used firearms have different values than new items, much like the concept of purchasing a new car then driving it off the lot. Please make sure to inspect your firearm or NFA item thoroughly at your receiving FFL dealer before completing the transfer. Once you accept transfer of the item, all warranty/return/repair work is between you and the respective manufacturer.
If you notice a problem with your firearm or NFA item before taking possession of said item during the inspection period at your receiving dealer, please do not take possession of the item and contact us right away. If the item is defective or something is not normal with it, we will take it back right away and get you a replacement item or a full refund. If there was a problem with your item due to a manufacturer defect or similar, you will not be liable for any shipping costs in any way.
If during the inspection period at your receiving dealer, before taking possession of a firearm or NFA item, you decide you do not want the item, we can accept a return. Assuming the item is correct and there is nothing wrong with it, we reserve the right to charge up to a 25% restocking fee in these instances.
After placing an order but before the order ships, occasionally there will be times when customers wish to cancel or modify their orders. We are setup to begin fulfilling your order the moment it is placed and very soon after it is placed, the ball starts rolling. Way more so than the average online business, gun stores incur greater handling costs with our products due to the nature of what they are. This makes cancellations extremely difficult for us. After place an order and before your order ships, if you would like to cancel your order, that is acceptable however we reserve the right to charge up to a 15% restocking fee.
To initiate a return on an eligible item, simply call our customer service department at 727 777 4224 and one of our agents will guide you through the process. We will email you a shipping label so all you have to do is box up the item, slap the label on the box, and drop it off at the nearest pickup location. Shipping charges are non refundable. If the cause of the return is not our fault, the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund. If for some fluke of a reason you did not get the item you ordered from us, we will return your items and assume all costs involved in doing so.
