Glock 17 Review (Glock 17 Gen 3)
Welcome to Firearms of America! Today, I have another Glock review for you guys and this is Glock 17 generation 3, one of the most popular 9mm handgun out there.
Let’s start with the specs:
Caliber: 9 mm
Weight (without magazine): 625 g | 22.05 oz
Weight (with loaded magazine): 915 g | 32.28 oz
Mag. Capacity: Standard: 17. Optional: 19 / 24 / 31 / 33
Barrel Length: 114 mm | 4.49 inch
Length (Overall): 204 mm | 8.03 inch
Trigger Pull: 28 N
So, after doing this Glock 17 review, I now see why this handgun is typically referred to as one of the best 9mm pistol. It handles the recoil very well and now I am really curious to try the generation 4 version.
If you are interested to know the difference between Glock gen 3 vs gen 4, you can check that video out on my channel, but one of the main differences is that Glock gen 4 has an upgraded guide rod, upgraded grip and some of the models have the MOS.
Now, there are a few other Glock 9mm models and if you want to conceal carry a 9mm, you can find a Glock 9mm compact and Glock 9mm subcompact models. Although, don’t expect it to handle a recoil as good as in this Glock 9mm review.
So, what do you guys think about this Glock 17 9mm review? Let me know in the comments below! Thanks for watching!
