Springfield 911 380 Review (Springfield 380 Pistol)
Welcome to Firearms of America! Today I have another Springfield pistol review and this is Springfield Armory 911 380 review.
As always, let’s start with some specs:
Caliber: .380 ACP
Barrel: 2.7″ 416R Stainless Steel, 1:16
Slide: 416 Brushed Stainless Steel
Frame: 7075 T6 Anodized Hard Coat Aluminum
Sights: Pro-Glo™ Tritium/Luminescent Front, White Outlined Tritium Night Sight Rear
Recoil System: Full Length Guide Rod w/ Flat Wire Spring
Magazines: (1) 6-Round Flush, (1) 7-Round Extended
Weight: 12.6 oz
Overall, I am a fan of pocket pistols. I am also a fan of Springfield guns. Both combined of course have a pretty good result. Now if you never shot a 2.7″ barrel .380 auto pistol before, it might seem a bit too jumpy and out of control. Because I myself carry a little Sig p238, I am already used to the recoil of .380 auto in such a short barrel. Yes, these are jumpy, but at the same time these are some of the best guns for concealed carry because they are small and lightweight.
